I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). I provide psychotherapy and short-term counseling for adults, couples, children and families. My work includes 18 years of experience in community mental health centers, agencies, private practice, and employee assistance programs as a clinician, supervisor and trainer.

I view clients and issues holistically, considering all aspects of self and the many aspects that influence our state of being. While my main focus is emotional and psychological, I look at physical, relational, spiritual, and environmental components as an integrative whole.
